Overview

At PureGrubs, we work hard to get your order out quickly and reliably. All orders ship from our facility in Florida, USA, and we currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Order Processing

       Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

       Orders placed after our daily cutoff may be processed the next business day.

       During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

       The contiguous United States

At this time we do not ship to:

       Alaska

       Hawaii

       U.S. territories

       International destinations

Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50, and may run additional shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays & Lost Packages

We partner with reliable carriers, but occasional delays happen. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us at support@puregrubs.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PureGrubs isn’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@puregrubs.com. Include your order number and photos if you have them, and we’ll make it right as fast as we can.
