Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our larvae and treats, and we want you and your flock to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, we keep returns simple.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet these conditions:

       Unused & unopened — the item must be in its original, sealed packaging and in new condition.

       Damaged or defective — if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away for a replacement or refund.

       Wrong item — if we shipped the wrong product, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

Because our products are consumable animal feed, opened bags cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons (see exclusions below).

How to Start a Return

1.     Email support@puregrubs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2.     We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping label if one applies.

3.     Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

4.     Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

       Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

       Need a replacement instead? We’ll send a new item once your return is received.

       Cannot be returned: opened bags or consumed product, and any perishable goods.

Return Shipping Costs

       Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping.

       Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.
